Plant Warrior Women x6: Inspired by the notion that plants have varying degrees of spiritual development just like humans. When we ingest plants we are taking on the properties and spiritual evolution of these beings. Eduard Bach understood this, and created Bach Flower remedies. There are layers of narratives with each of these plants, taking into account their ruling planet and what messages each hold for humanity. These plants were commonly used by my parents generation for health and healing. All of these warriors inhabit the ‘Queen Mother’ archetype. These women in African tradition wield a lot of political power….. I can see the same essence in the women in the Caribbean - the quiet inner resolve, the contained sense of power.
The Aloe Plant : In Jamaica it is called 'Single Bible' because it is seen as a bible for the body. It is a cure all, and is one of the most spiritually evolved plants.
